Hi,

I am an independent real estate broker. I have been working in real estate sales since 2011. My experience includes both residential and commercial properties. I have worked in large, international real estate companies (Capital, Newsec), where I gained the necessary knowledge on how to effectively execute transactions. Also, while working at the agency, I passed the LNTAA real estate broker certification exam.

I work with the sale of APARTMENTS, HOUSES (as well as PLOTS and PREMISES) in the city of Vilnius and its outskirts.

I have always believed that the quantity of work must be accompanied by the quality of work and attention to people. This is what my clients usually appreciate.

Service up to the handover of the keys

I will help you in every matter from the first consultation to the last formalities when handing over the property keys to the buyer. I.e. I will advise during the entire sales process, I will objectively determine the price ranges of the property, properly present the property to the market, conduct inspections and negotiations, and prepare documents for the transaction.
